President/Senior Community Manager

Charlie’s background is in business administration, contract negotiation, marketing, budgets, project management, and facilities and grounds maintenance. Charlie takes an analytical approach to management, focusing on covenant compliance, process efficiency, conflict resolution, and cost management. Charlie was on active duty at Fort Knox, Kentucky, as an Abrams Systems Technician in the United States Army with the 1/16th Cavalry Regiment. He is a veteran of the United States Army. Read More
